Rock Samphire Gin

This is exactly what it says on the tin, Gin infused with rock samphire and a little rock salt. 

You can add lemon zest, black peppercorns, seaweed. I didn't have time or the energy to make anything too fancy, plus didn't want to waste gin in case this was an absolute flop.

I plan to strain the gin off in a week or two and hopefully there should be enough flavour for those sunny day G&Ts.
