In case you misread that as I did when I first saw it, no I don't mean cocaine. 

It will make you nutritionally 'high' but that's it.

So where does the name come from? Pennywort, Coconut, and Sugarcane

But for this I am substituting pennywort for navelwort as it's just more abundant here.

I cut corners here too as sugarcane isn't readily available in the UK, so I went down to my local asian supermarket and got sugarcane drink and some coconut water.

You will need:

About a handful off washed navelwort leaves

300ml coconut water 

A blender

Ice cubes

• Put navelwort and coconut water into the blender and blend until smooth
• Sieve off the liquid
• Pour into a glass with ice cubes and fresh green coconut flesh

It is traditionally served with green coconut meat but again, I don't have access to decent quality coconut flesh so I left it out. 

Delicious, green and a brilliant 'pick me up' when you body needs a bit of TLC.
