Foraging Blogs and Websites

My all time favourite and one off foraging lesson from this guy at a quaint little festival in Berry Pomeroy 8 years ago. I love his work and he has inspired me infinitely. From unique applications and recipes of certain wild edibles to simply an incredibly knowledgeable teacher. Robin Harford really knows what he's talking about.

A new find for me, beautiful images and a refreshing approach to foraging, with a touch of humour. This guy knows his stuff and I can happily spend hours on his blog, not only because it's different and interesting, but there is so much content too!

Brilliant reference website, foraging courses and super interesting articles. This one is a go-to for me, it's clear cut and encyclopedic and really handy to have bookmarked for new and experienced foragers alike.

Super interesting and unique recipes, dandelion flower pasta or spruce tip lemon curd anyone?! This one snapped my attention straight away, I'm a lover of the obscure even though I do like to promote simple recipes of my own. I love it when people aren't afraid to think outside of the box with their recipes and this one really delivers.
